On April 1, 2018, Richard Burgess was stopped for traffic violations. During the stop, Burgess showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for driving under the influence following an investigation by officers.

A homeowner reported that they hired Marcus Geiser to do home improvement work. Geiser took the deposit from the homeowners and never started any work. When asked to return the deposit, Geiser refused and even stopped speaking with the victims.

On Dec. 11, 2017 officers responded to the 400 Block of Orchard Ave for the report of a crash. Upon arrival they found on vehicle driven by Terle had crashed into three parked vehicles. Terle was arrested for DUI, possession of a controlled substance, driving under suspension and traffic violations.
