Public Records

Eastern Regional Mon Valley Police follow specific procedures established by the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records. Requests for public records must be submitted to the police department on the form provided below. Completed forms may be returned one of three ways; in person at the police department during normal business hours, sent via US mail, or emailed to info@ermvpd.org. Our policy below explains the procedure and outlines fees.
