Bagged leaf and yard waste ONLY:

• Grass clippings, brush, leaves, yard and garden refuse Twigs and branches must be less that one inch in diameter and be tied in bundles less than four feet in length and eighteen inches in diameter.

• Appliances, T.V. Stereos, Fridge or living room, dining, etc. furniture - Household (with or without Freon) Household Appliances and Styrofoam
• Batteries
• Vehicle Batteries, Household AA, AAA, C, D, 9 volt, mobile phone batteries, mobile device batteries, small/round/button-sized batteries, NICAD, NiMH, Lithium, Lithium, Lithium-Ion (rechargeable and non-rechargeable) and more.
• Chemicals
• Automotive - Antifreeze, brake fluid, diesel fuel, hydraulic fluids, motor oil, oil filters, polish
• Household Misc
• Paint, caulk, sealer, stains, wood preservatives, kerosene, gasoline, solvents, ammonia, heavy-duty cleansers, tile/shower cleaners, cleaning compounds, strippers, carpet/upholstery cleaner, rust remover, nail polish, hobby glue,
• Swimming pool chemicals –
• acid, stabilizer, and chlorine tablets or liquid
• Fluorescent Lamps and Tubes
• Straight Fluorescent tubes, Compact Fluorescent Lamps (CFL) and high-intensity lamps
• Televisions, Computer Systems, Consumer Electronics

RESIDENTS NEED TO BRING ITEMS NOT BEING COLLECTED BACK ONTO THEIR PROPERTIES.  IF THEY MEET THE CRITERIA ABOVE THEY CAN BE THROWN INTO THE DUMPSTER.

BOROUGH OPERATIONS:

The police department experienced a possible COVID-19 exposure on a call yesterday.  Two officers are being quarantined at home until it is known whether they had a positive exposure.
