Important Traffic Update: Bridge Closure and Detour in Ross Twp and Bellevue Borough

Bellevue Borough would like to inform the public of an upcoming bridge closure in Ross Township, which will affect traffic in our area. The bridge that crosses I-279 on Jacks Run Road will be closed for maintenance by the Allegheny County Department of Public Works. 

To minimize disruptions, a detour route has been established. Motorists are advised to follow the detour signs and take the following route:

• Continue on Bellevue Road (N. Balph Ave) to Lincoln Avenue
• Turn onto Lincoln Avenue and proceed to Brighton Road
• Turn onto Brighton Road and follow it back to Jacks Run Road

Please plan your route accordingly and allow for extra time to reach your destination.
