NOTICE:

You will now have a second payment option at metered parking spaces in Bellevue.  The Mobile Pay feature will be available in all metered spaces.  We've begun labeling the meters, starting with the on-street spaces first.  The information on the label provides a QR or text instructions to use the text-to-pay feature.  Our system requires no special app, you connect through a web-based session where you will have the option to pay as a guest or create an account.  

Fees do apply for paying with Mobile Pay.  The transaction fees are unavoidable but only apply to the transaction, not the total amount of time purchased.  If you believe you will be in a space longer than one hour it is beneficial to purchase more time and avoid additional fees.  The illustration below is an example of how the system works.  

The codes you will text to 25023 are as follows:

• Lincoln Avenue and side street meters -  LINCAVE
• Municipal Lot 1 (Hawley Ave & Sprague Ave)  -  BBLOT1
• Municipal Lot 2 (Meade Ave) - BBLOT2
• Municipal Lot 3 (N. Jackson Ave @ Lincoln Ave)  - BBLOT3
• Bayne Ave metered spaces  -  BAYNEAV
