PAID POLICE ACADEMY TRAINING
We offer a comprehensive training program, including:
- Full hourly wage during academy attendance
- Tuition and uniforms paid

COMPETITIVE PAY SCALE (2025)
Our competitive pay scale offers:
- Probationary Officers start at 70% of $ 5th-year base rate (2026 hourly full pay rate is $46.07)
- Yearly increases to full rate by 5th year
- Annual Longevity Bonuses starting after Year 3 with a 3.5% max

RESIDENCY REQUIREMENT
Applicants must live within 35 air miles of Bellevue Borough, PA and be a PA resident.
