In an effort to push our crime prevention program, we are going to try it virtually.  Included in this news post are a collection of educational videos focused on popular phone and internet scams impacting everyone.  With the pandemic in full force scammers (let's call them what we should - "low life thieves") are preying upon people with very convincing methods in order to steal your money.  

During a natural disaster, they know people are vulnerable and more susceptible to things that sound too good to be true.  They also know there is an overwhelming amount of money in the economy and they want it.  Let's not give that chance and call their bluff. 

These videos although not long offer specific details about the modern scams and what you should do if you are facing one.  Take a break from Netflix, Hulu, IMDB, Prime, Disney Channel, HGTV, Hallmark, XBOX, PS4.....oh you thought we didn't know, yeah we're stuck on our couches as well!
