Crash and Police Reports

If you were involved in a reportable crash, you can save a trip to the station and purchase your report at Crashdocs.org. To obtain a copy of other types of reports, make the request in writing using the attached form and include a $15 check or money order*.  Include in your written request the date, time, location, names of drivers or vehicle owners, report numbers, or any other known details.  Also include your name, phone number and any other contact information where you can be contacted when your report is ready.  Send or deliver your reports to the Brentwood Borough Police Department at 3624 Brownsville Road, Pittsburgh, Pa. 15227.  ATTN:  Police Records.

*Cash is accepted as payment in person and during regular office business hours.
