On Thursday 4.11.2024 at 9:53 PM, our department responded to the area of Cloverlea Avenue for a report of shots fired.  A short time later, we learned that a vehicle was struck by gunfire and shell casings were recovered on East Willock Road.  No injuries were reported at this time.  The shell casings were recovered as evidence and will be examined by the Allegheny County Crime lab.  Anyone with information on this incident is encouraged to contact 911 or submit a tip within our Crime Watch App which can be done anonymously.  If you live on East Willock Road and have outdoor cameras, we ask that you check them to see if you captured any persons or vehicles around this time.  Thank you.
