Just wanted to post a reminder as we receive many calls to the station as 'informational inquiries' or 'I didn't think it warranted a call to 911'. 

If you need to file a police report - suspicious activity, harassment, fraud, stolen vehicle / property, etc., you will need to call 911 or come to the station to speak with an officer - reports will not be taken over the phone.

All calls are dispatched through Allegheny County 911 - this is a way for incidents to be tracked by location, repeat incidents, as well as for officer safety. 

If it is after 5pm Monday through Friday and you are coming to the station to file a report, please press the button outside for 911 and they will dispatch an officer to the station.

Barking dog, parking complaint, domestic violence, theft, welfare checks, drug complaints, juvenile complaints, etc. - CALL 911
