This is a message from Allegheny Alerts.
The Allegheny County Health Department today confirmed that there have been 133 positive cases of COVID-19 reported in the county and, of those, 20 were hospitalized. The number of deaths remains at two.
Information on gender and age demographics is being updated now on bit.ly/ACHDcovid-19.
The department continues to conduct contact tracing with those who have tested positive, making recommendations for self-quarantine as appropriate.
Residents are encouraged to comply with the Governor’s stay-at-home order in order to slow the spread of the virus in our community.
ACHD will continue to provide information through Allegheny Alerts, its dedicated webpage (bit.ly/ACHDcovid-19) and its social media channels.
Note from CSPD:
Please behave as if you have COVID-19 and keep a safe and consistent distance for each other. You may risk spreading the virus to those least able to fight it. Do the right thing.
Social Distancing doesn’t mean social isolation. Go for a walk (responsibly). Call friends and family on the phone. Visit virtually through social media. We are all in this together.
