If anyone calls you and pretends to be a relative who is in trouble and needs cash fast...and asks you help by buying gift cards or to wire/transfer money, it is most LIKELY a SCAM.
Please call other family members to verify any truth to such calls and/or notify your local police department by calling 9-1-1.
