The Castle Shannon Police Department has been receiving phone inquiries about "We Support Our Police" signs.
Neither the Borough nor the Police Department sells these signs.
I have been able to locate many vendors on line through google and amazon who sell the yard signs in the $12-16 range.
That said, while we appreciate the intended support of our residents, the police department personnel assume they have the support of the community.
We are here to serve and protect the entire community and we do so with pride.
A smile and a wave when you see our officers is as much gratitude or recognition as we could ask for.
We appreciate you as much as your calls indicate that you appreciate us.
We are all in this together.
