The Castle Shannon Streetscape Project is in full swing.
Please pay attention to shifting traffic patterns along Willow Ave and Castle Shannon Blvd.
Detour signs and flaggers will be in place to direct traffic flow, but avoid the area if at all possible and/or be alert for construction and traffic delays.
Starting this week, Willow Ave between Castle Shannon Blvd and James St will be restricted to allow southbound traffic only toward Connor Rd.
Willow Ave eastbound at Rockwood will be directed to Library Rd for the detour.
