Changing Traffic Pattern – Library Road/State Route 88 & Castle Shannon Blvd.
Beginning Monday, August 8, 2022, the turn lanes at the intersection of Library Road and Castle Shannon Boulevard will be closed between the hours of 9:00 am and 3:00 pm daily.
Traffic moving southbound to Castle Shannon Boulevard will be detoured right on Connor Road, right onto Route 19, right onto Mt. Lebanon Blvd., and left onto Castle Shannon Boulevard.
Motorists traveling northbound to Castle Shannon Boulevard will be detoured left on McNeilly Avenue, left onto Pioneer Avenue, left onto Route 19, and left onto Scott Road.
Please have patience while traveling in this area and closely follow the necessary detour to ensure the safety of those within the detour route and the construction crew on site.
