A tree came down on a major power line on Havelock near Broadway Ave.
Power was out to a limited number of customers including the Borough Building.
Once located and isolated Duquesne Light had to de-energize the rest of the area to facilitate repairs.
Repair crews are aware and enroute, but there is no available estimate for timing of power restoration.
