The Allegheny County Health Department today announced that there are now 18 positive cases of COVID-19 in Allegheny County. Contact tracing, including information gathering, is underway on the six new cases and continuing on the remaining ones where needed. Additional information will be provided as it is available. We expect that these numbers will continue to grow as more testing sites come online.
ACHD continues to recommend basic steps for residents:
If you’re ill, stay home.
If you’re not ill and have to go out, practice social distancing.
Wash your hands.
Cough and sneeze into your shoulder or a tissue.
Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces.
