Road Repair on Willow Ave - Traffic Advisory

On Monday, September 8, 2025, construction crews will be conducting road repair on Willow Ave at Castle Shannon Blvd from 4 am to 12 pm. To ensure a safe and efficient traffic flow, police and flaggers will be on hand to assist with traffic control.

During this time, traffic on Willow Ave will be restricted to one way northbound, with no access to Willow Ave from Castle Shannon Blvd. Motorists are advised to take the following detour:

• From Castle Shannon Blvd, take Route 88
• Turn onto Rockwood Ave
• Access Willow Ave northbound from Rockwood Ave

Additionally, the Willow Ave business district will be accessible from Rockwood Ave. We encourage motorists to plan their travel accordingly and avoid the area if possible to minimize congestion.
