Castle Shannon Police have been fielding reports of Identity Theft involving Chase Debit Cards being mailed to residents.

The residents did not apply for the cards and they are not Chase account holders.

CSPD has reported the string of Fraud cases to the US Postal Inspectors and the US Secret Service.

Residents receiving unsolicited bank cards in the mail may report them to CSPD using our online reporting tool

and an Officer will contact you to follow up.

Victims should also contact Chase Bank and report the incident as well as contact the Credit Reporting Bureaus and set up monitoring for additional fraud.
