Castle Shannon Police took a report of Identity Theft on 7-11-23.

Staff at the Kenny Ross Ford Dealership at 3200 Library Rd called to report that at an unknown female had initiated processes to purchase a vehicle with a stolen identity.

Responding officers contacted the victim, who has been a victim of identity theft in the past.

The victim lives in Minnesota.

Apparently when the dealership ran a credit check she was notified.

The actor was supposed to show up at the dealership that evening (7-11-23) but did not.

On 7-13-23 officers were called back to Kenny Ross.

The staff reported that the female actor was on scene.

When officers arrived, they found the actor with fraudulent identification.

She was attempting to purchase 2021 Dodge Durango SRT for $63,500.

Jonda Martin (30) of Westerville OH was charged with Criminal Attempt Theft and Criminal Use of Communication.
